Annual plans are billed once per year at 10x the monthly rate — equivalent to two months free compared to paying monthly. You can switch from monthly to annual (or back) at any time.
Any Intercom teammate who can be configured to receive alerts — via Slack, email, or both. Admins who don't need alerts don't count toward your limit.
